The desktop app and the self-hosted build cost nothing, and nothing is held back. Only two things cost money: us calling the model for you, and us hosting for you. Both have real costs — and both start with a free allowance.
Install and go. No account needed.
AI works out of the box — no model key of your own
For teams. We run it and keep it running.
One question, one credit. A call we block gives the credit back; a call that fails does not — the limit is on starting a call, not on succeeding, or retrying a failure would be an unlimited free tier.
Credited the moment the account exists. Nothing else to do.
Below 30 left and you used it that day: 3 more, once a day. Unused days don't stack up forever.
Put your own model key in settings (DeepSeek / OpenAI / Ollama): none of it touches our allowance, and nothing is counted.
| Desktop | Desktop + account | Self-hosted | Hosted | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Where the data lives | Your machine | Your machine | Your server | Our server, one file per team |
| Account required | No | Yes — only to call the AI | No | Yes |
| Multiple people | One machine, one person | One machine, one person | Yes, one shared database | Yes, plus roles and permissions |
| Where AI comes from | Your own model key | Our gateway, with free credits | Your own model key | Our gateway, with free credits |
| Who upgrades it | You — the app tells you | You — the app tells you | You — pull the image, restart | We do |
| Price | Free | Free | Free (AGPL-3.0) | Per workspace — talk to us |
The open-source repository is what runs on our servers (AGPL-3.0). The hosted version only adds a shell around it: accounts, workspace isolation, and the model gateway. Not one business feature is missing. If you have Docker, it's one command.
The AI is still there; it just tells you the credits are gone. Two ways forward: wait for tomorrow — with fewer than 30 left and any use that day, 3 more arrive — or put your own model key in settings (DeepSeek, OpenAI, Ollama all work), which bypasses our allowance entirely and counts nothing. The rest of the CRM is unaffected.
Not the plan. The desktop and self-hosted builds run on your hardware; they cost us nothing month to month, so there's no honest reason to bill you for them. What we charge for is calling the model for you and hosting for you — the first is real money per call, the second is servers and operations. You can opt out of both.
It's priced per workspace, monthly or yearly, and depends on team size and usage — which is why there's no number on this page and we'd rather talk. Signing up gives you a 7-day full trial with no credit card, so you can try first and talk later.
Depends what you value. Self-hosting buys you data entirely in your own hands and zero subscription, and costs you upgrades, backups and incidents (one docker command — not heavy). If you'd rather not carry that, the hosted version carries it for you. The data model is identical either way, so moving in or out later means moving the same kind of database file.
Download it and you can add customers and log follow-ups straight away. Sign up later, when you want AI without wiring up a key.
